What do I do? I feel done

Without sharing to much I feel trapped and I feel like the responsible thing to do is talk to someone about it but i don't have a phone and no online options are available and I know talking to those I live with won't help, I'm sitting here with a method of finishing things debating the pros and cons and I'm only seeing pros, I have no idea what to do but I know what I want to do and its to stop feeling stressed and sad and living around idiots and being stuck no id or anything to even be able to get out off this mess and even though offing myself won't make me happy I won't feel bad anymore because wont feel anything. what do I do?

Please please don't harm yourself. I went through a really stressful time a few years ago and had thoughts of ending my life. Often now there are moments, like a beautiful sunny day, and I feel so glad I am still here to enjoy it. We only get one life, and sometimes it's really tough but I encourage you to keep going.

Hello Joyanne, thanks for posting your comment and we realise, only because we too have been in awkward situations, not having any clue of knowing how to get help or who we can talk to, so we're stuck, confused about where to begin, that's not easy, because everyone is completely different.

If you are trapped and living around those who you don't trust, then it's good you've come to this site because all of us have had to try and cope with our own struggles that we initially believed no one else has been in the same situation.

We were wrong, there are so many people who can relate to what we are or were suffering from, so please don't be afraid to open up a bit more, then we can target and help you from this happening.

Don't be afraid, we will know what you're trying to say, so we hope to hear back from you.

I need help online, every option to talk to is by phone which i don't have or they don't go past midnight, anyone I can talk to?

You can Talk here to us online if you feel up to it...and it can be about anything you want to talk about...Talking on here will distract your mind and thoughts away from your pain and hurt...for a little while...we are all here for you with our care, support and suggestions that may have worked for us and hopefully can work for you...

Joyanne..you got through a very hard time last month..and we are very pleased that you did...well done lovely lady...Our thoughts can make us feel so much hurt and pain...just as our thoughts can make us feel happiness....Thoughts are just that only thoughts and we don’t have to listen to our thoughts if we don’t want to...it takes hard work not to listen to them....but well worth it..

Hi. Sounds like a struggle for you at the moment. All the people here are non-judgemental and supportive. So if you want to talk here about what you are going through? The responses may not be immediate but....

On feeling stressed and sad - have you spoken to anyone about what you are going through presently? If not, you could also have a chat with your GP?

One positive from your post is you recognised that talking to someone would be helpful. There are many here who would have been a position similar to you in terms of feeling low and thinking there is nothing to look forward to. Here though we can listen to your story and perhaps make a new group of virtual friends in this space.
