I am overwhelmed and drowning I have tried reaching out but I can’t even pay people to help me and my “friends” who are actually acquaintances just berate me. Let me be clear; I am NOT suicidal BUT I wish I was, I am exhausted and I am DONE! Life keeps on kicking me (don’t tell me other people are worse off because I don’t care) I’m tired of having to restart- I followed ALL THE RULES! Why am I being punished for being wrong? Being born wasn’t my fault I KNOW I’m not supposed to be here

We’re so sorry to hear how you’re feeling right now. It sounds like you have been through a lot, and we can imagine how difficult this would be. Please know that the forums and our lovely community are here for you, and it’s good that you could share this here.
It sounds like it would be worth reaching out to our lovely counsellors, on 1300 22 4636, or via our webchat. It can make a real difference having someone to talk to especially in moments of distress.
We’re sure our warm and kind community will spot your post soon, some of whom may be able to relate to what you’re going through. Thank you again for your courage and strength in sharing your story here.
Kind regards,
Sophie M

Hello
I can understand how sometimes everything seems too much and feels like nothing makes sense. It's not easy as everything feels so painful, exhausting, frustrating and confusing.
Please take a little bit of break to take care of yourself as you deserve it. It seems to me that you tried so hard and not getting any appreciation back. It happened to me when I was around people that have their own problems and don't have time or energy to care about anyone else. There are good, honest, fair people
out there that do care about others and can make it all much easier.
As much as it can be really hard, I'd try relaxation techniques first like walking or any mild physical activity and try to review where I'm at, where I want to be and what I can do to improve things. I try to focus on the big picture as it can get really confusing to try to analyse little details.
I understand how hard it can be, please take care and let us know how you're going whenever you feel like it
