Thank you for having the strength to share how you've been feeling with our community. We acknowledge that it can take a lot of strength to manage thoughts around self-harm/suicide. We hope the community can support you in moving into a better headspace. We just wanted to check in to provide some support, please know that you are not alone during this time.
You can call the Beyond Blue helpline at any time, on 1300 22 4636. They can help you talk this through and will also be able to help you plan what's next so that you have that support in place. Other options are Lifeline on 13 11 14, as well as the Suicide Call Back Service on 1300 659 467. If you feel unsafe or at risk of hurting yourself, this is an emergency and we'd encourage you to contact 000.
We hope the above resources are helpful, please be kind to yourself during this time. Making sure you're hydrated, had some food and rested recently can really help us to feel a little bit better so we can reach out for some support. Sorry you are feeling this way Swissy. In addition to the information given by Sophie, I think getting medical and psychological support needs to be sought asap. It can make a huge difference for some people. While it may seem like things are impossible at the moment, things can improve over time with the right support.

Hi Swissy
I'm wondering what leads you to feel like you don't belong here. Does everything feel too intense? Does it feel impossible to make sense of so much and perhaps find the way ahead? Do you maybe feel like you're trying to manage so much alone? Give yourself the freedom to return here to express how you're feeling and what you're feeling. No judgement here, just an open mind and an open heart.
