Hello and Welcome.
I'm sorry to read about how you're feeling. You're carrying a lot right now — with having to navigate a new relationship, living together, being pregnant, and trying to hold yourself together emotionally. That’s an enormous weight, and it’s completely okay to feel overwhelmed.
Even when it feels like you are, there are people who care and want to help—including me, right here, right now. The fact that you're reaching out and trying to find a therapist shows incredible strength. That’s no small thing.
And just to follow on what Grandy said ... if the thoughts of harming yourself are getting intense, reach out immediately—to a friend, a crisis line, or go to a hospital. There’s no shame in needing help.
