Hey Colangel,

We're really sorry to hear that you've been having such a horrible few days, but we are so grateful that you've reached out the the community here for support tonight. We can hear that you're feeling exhausted from fighting, but we'd urge you not to give up, and to keep reaching out for support to help you through this difficult time. Please know that the kind counsellors at Lifeline (13 11 14) and the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467) are always available to talk these feelings through, as often as you need during difficult moments like these. We are also currently reaching out to you privately to check in and offer some extra support through this.

We hope that you can find some comfort here from the kind support our community can offer, and please feel free to keep reaching out whenever you feel ready to.

Over everything. I wish things were different. I feel like I am deteriorating as the days go by. Feeling horrible and hopeless. Fighting hard every day.

Thank you Sophie. Yes I have spoken to the previous and know they are available. Also got a call from the mental Heath clinic. Hopefully they can help me. Thank again for listening.

I do not know what to do anymore. Am over everything. I feel sick to my stomach how people can treat their employees like this when they are screaming for help .. I just wanted my cover to be approved to pay my Hosptial bills so I can be rehabilitated.. they don’t care .! I can’t go on fighting I have run of of strength.. my head is sore and can’t stop crying.. I was just asking for them to help me recover.. where is the humanity!

Hi Colangel,

It really sounds like you are feeling unheard and unseen at the moment Colangel. From what you posted I am reading that you're trying to fight a difficult battle without much support, and the support you expected is not there. We want to assure you that we do hear you. We want to assure you that we are here to support you in anyway that we can.

There can be so much pressure on us to advocate for ourselves and fight for ourselves when faced with challenging odds. Please know that you are not alone in this and there is a lot of support out there.

We’d recommend reaching out to our support line on 1300 22 4636 or on email and Webchat (1pm-12am AEST) through our website: www.beyondblue.org.au/getsupport.

Or our friends at Lifeline on 13 11 14 if you feel like things are getting too much to handle at this moment.
