Hi Colangel I am sorry about the bullying from your boss.I believe you have you that you are trying so hard.Bad asthma can be dilbating and know someone who has it real bad and it isn't easy.I don't know if you can find the courage to report your boss for the bullying.Thst is a huge step to take.You should be treated with respect at work.

Thanks Mark appreciate your thoughts . I am one person fighting a major organization. Am exhausted from it all. I’ve reported it but his denying it all. Even tho I wrote a statement that outlined my treatment during COVID. With dates and times of events . They still had the audacity to tell me that there was no wrong doing! How is that fair . Where is the humanity!
Hi Colangel I am sorry that it was taken further and they said their was no wrong doing.That isn't right and not fair on you.It can be such a tricky thing to prove unless you got a recording of the bullying.I have been bullied all my life and the mental torture I have been through because if it doesn't seem fair.I wish we lived in a nicer world instead of the world full of nastynes. That was brave of you to report the bully maby it will help someone else.

Thanks Mark. My doctor even provided certificates saying that I need to work from home due to having severe asthma. Which wasn’t accepted by the bank! They even noted my role was not a home role. Whilst they made no adjustments to my role. I have been so deflated due to their treatment it’s taken a toll . How can a big organization treat their employees like this ! I am exhausted from trying to justifying myself . Where was the care factor ! All because I wasn’t making their millions from home!
This world can be so cruel. Where is the care factor! Do people not have any humanity anymore. They only care about there own personal gain by hurting others . trying hard to stay strong. Today I am going to go to the cemetery to visit my mum.
Hi Colangel I am so sorry that the bank has no care factor for you.I have noticed that some businesses have been so supportive of their staff during this tough times while others have no compassion for their workers .This virus has shown people's true colours and unfortunately not all of them are good but still their has been a lot of amazing people out there.

Hi , the last few days has been horrible. I haven’t been feeling good. I’ve tried to stay strong but it’s all getting to much. I exhausted from fighting.
I work for a company that has no compassion for their people. After all the loyalty and hard work. This is how I get treated during COVID .
