We recognise that you are going through a lot of struggle right now and we are here to help you. We have contacted you privately to offer support.
We think it is great that you still want to fight for your future and can appreciate that you would be scared of harming yourself.
If you prefer different support to ones we offered we would strongly urge that in overwhelming moments you get in touch with our friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467).
If you would like some help finding mental health support, we would recommend that you get in contact with the Beyond Blue Support Service. They are available 24/7 by phone on 1300 22 4636 or on Webchat 1pm-12am AEST on our website: www.beyondblue.org.au/getsupport One of our friendly counsellors will be able to talk through these feelings with you and can offer support, advice and referrals.
You are not alone and we are here to help you. Please continue to visit the forums and check in with the community.

Hello Dear ypla,
Im so sorry your feeling ignored...
I like you said you want to fight for the future you want...Those words are gold...and so heartwarming to hear...
Having that huge want to get better is the first step...the next step is to reach out to your Dr..and be totally honest about your fears, thoughts, wants...so your Dr. can get together a mental health care plan, with professionals to help you start your journey to wellness.....I don’t know if you have professional looking after you..if not ..it it something that you might consider?...
No dear ypla...you don’t deserve what you’re going through...and I would love to get to know you better and try my hardest to be here for you...I am here most days..but do sometimes have days that I’m not feeling well enough to be of support to anyone....
Do you have any pets, or something that makes you feel a little happy talking about..that may help you in times of being overwhelmed?....Sometimes talking about the things you like can settle those horrid negative and unhealthy thoughts ...
Please continue to talk here when you feel up to it...We are here for you dear ypla....
My kindest thoughts with my care..
Grandy..

Hi and welcome. I agree with everything in the prev posts (thanks Sophie and Grandy). And just to add my 2c...
when you come here to the forums here you inherit or become part of a new family who listen to each other, support each other and respond without judgement. This might sound odd, but i can hear the pain in your words. I am not sure what happened to you and and perhaps when you see these replies you might shed some light on this matter.
beyond blue also have a safety plan app ...
https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support/beyondnow-suicide-safety-planning
which you might want to look at. In these moments in chatting with each other, we can find reasons to continue. There is also a thread on the forums titled "three things to be thankful for today" which might also have some ideas you might identify with.
I hope you come back to tell more of your story.
Peace and comforting thoughts to you, Tim
