Three things to be thankful for today

Some days it is really hard to find anything to be thankful for when we feel overcome by the darkness and fog of depression. If I look hard enough, I can find something to be thankful for.

I would like to encourage others to write down three things they are thankful for, and to realise there is a sense of hope available to us all. Sometimes it is just a little hard to find!

So my three things for today are:

1: The lovely singing of birds in the morning as they welcome in the new day

2: The ability to read and write

3: A lovely hot shower.

Wishing all the "family" in BB Land a day full of noticing the nice things in life. Kind regards to you all, from Dools.

Today I'm thankful for:

* my pets

* my garden, esp the shade - it was hot today

* nice food to eat.

watched kite flying on the hill this morning -relaxing-

so hot had ice cream for breakfast -relaxing-

had a foot paddle it the shallows with my tiny dog-

Today I am grateful for:

1. The beautiful neighborhood dogs in the area I just moved to

2. Great music!

3. All of your good news!!! It makes me feel happy to read about all the things everyone else is feeling positive about. I'm thankful for this thread 🙂

Today I am grateful for:

1. mb20lover for kindly reaching out to me with comforting words even though they themselves are going through a rough patch.

2. Clean, sun-dried sheets on my bed tonight.

3. This soundtrack of waves that I'm listening to.

Lucky you have a nice town and think they're a nice bunch, clown of mine.

I don't feel welcome in this town and I haven't since we moved here in 2018.
