Hi Everyone
If you have any good news in your life or seen any good news in the media please let us know in a brief post 😊
Note: I understand and respect this thread topic is not for everyone as any level of anxious/depressive feelings are awful to experience
Just for myself I have a couple of positives
- Peta Credlin on Sky News gave Beyond Blue a huge mention earlier this week
- My mum is still independent and doing well at 90 years of age and her lung function test is 'Normal' and still a smoker! Love you mum x
any good news is welcome...and thankyou everyone for being a part of the Beyond Blue forums too!
my kindest always...Paul

I have to say that Richmond winning the 2020 grand final was magic, coming from behind to win by 31 points, brilliant.

Hello blondguy,
What a good idea as a thread!
Good news:
- Easing of more restrictions for Victorians will happen Wed midnight
- I have begun to add a lot more people compared to when I first started using FB due to feeling a little scared of doing this and holding myself back and I find it makes it so much more interesting seeing what other people do

The population of Victoria is 6.49 million, give or take, and to still be in lockdown with just a handful of people who unfortunately have COVID-19 doesn't seem fair to all those businesses struggling to survive and all the people anxiously waiting.
A vaccine will be found, if not already, but the country shouldn't be closed once someone sneezes in the opposite direction to everyone else.
It makes us not want to go outside and will require an enormous effort, I wonder if anyone saw Jeff Kennett's remarks on TV yesterday.
Best wishes.
Geoff.
