Hi everyone, I'm here again after a successful IVF treatment last month that I had already shared with you all.

Such a big thanks for supporting and encouraging me that time. Now, I'm here to get some diet plans and healthy foods for my baby's and my own health. If someone really has such a healthy and nutritious diet plan, then let me know.

I'm really thankful to you and really appreciate any help.

Hello again,

I am glad to hear that everything is going well.

From my perspective, diet is a long term change in the way we eat rather than a short term change in order to lose weight etc.

I became a vegan in 2020 and without doing anything else, lost 10kgs in the first year and have kept it off. I am not suggesting you must go off all animal products as that is a personal choice, but limiting them will be far healthier if you do decide to continue having them.

If you can afford to buy a Vitamix or similar high powered blender, this would be my suggestion. It means you can make most of the things that are nutritious and healthy at home and know exactly what is going into it.

For example, I make my own nut butters and green smoothies in the Vitamix, you can also make a large variety of dips like Hummus, Eggplant dip, Spinach dip etc. which are very nutritious to have with vegetables. A bonus of the Vitamix will be that you will use it a lot when your baby is ready to eat pureed food as well.

I also make my own yoghurt with plant based milks. I grow my own sprouts which are highly nutritious and can be added to most meals. I make these suggestions without knowing if you have any allergies to anything.

The more food you can make yourself, using good quality ingredients, using mostly whole foods and avoiding overly processed foods, the healthier your body will be. If you can grow your own fruit and veg, even better, as it will taste far superior to what is sold, it will always be fresh and there is a much larger variety available to grow.

I hope this is of some help and I can point you to other resources if you are interested.

Take care of you and bub,
