Hi there,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post, you're welcome here anytime you need. I'm sorry to hear about your stress at work and I hear you, it isn't easy to form connections with people. Since you mentioned trouble with sleep, I wanted to suggest meditation to help you fall asleep like on the smiling mind app. For me, I have found that to be really effective in calming down and drifting off to sleep so you may wish to try it.
If you want to speak to a counsellor you can do so by calling the BeyondBlue number here: 1300 22 4636 or if your workplace has a counselling service you may like to get in contact with them.
I wanted to ask what exactly it is that makes you feel like it's hard to fit in or get along? Do your colleagues already have formed friendships and you feel like the outsider? If you have any issues with them, you can always talk to HR.
Hope you sleep better and get some rest. You're welcome to chat anytime on here.
Kind regards,
