Hi,
I'm new here.
I lost my brother in December 10 years ago but didn't know until 5 weeks later in January 2015. Not only has he died, but they cremated him 5 days before I learnt via email.
I still feels rather like 10 months ago, not 10 years.
Kind regards.

Hello and welcome to the forums,
Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We can't imagine how distressing this experience was for you. Learning of your brother's passing this way must have been so incredibly heart-breaking. It seems like it still plays on your mind and heart often... grief is so complex, isn't it? And we all process our grief differently, so it's very important to be extra gentle with yourself, no matter how long it has been.
We're wondering what support you might need most right now? Does anything come to mind?
Griefline have some beautiful resources, supports, and groups you can access here: Australia's National Grief & Loss Support Hub: Griefline This might be a good place to start if you haven't explored them already.
Looking forward to your reply and hoping our community can offer some further insights and guidance in the meantime.
Warm regards,
Sophie M.
