Hello,
Pleased to meet you.
I'll start first by letting you know that I am here. Also, I understand the feelings you are having only to well!
I live with these kinds of feelings every second, due to my version of Life!
You must first understand that you matter, more than you give yourself, credit for!
You matter more than you know, even when all seems lost and hope is a fantasy!
I try to focus on those things that need me, and my support, use the responsibility we have for those things as strength! And power! Focus!
The things that can manage on their own, put them aside! And focus on what you need - want!
To find a baseline to go to, when things are too hard and to confined!
These things will give you grounding and release, comfort and support!
Remember that you are very important, It can be very easy to take everything on to our shoulders, when there is too much already!
I to have lost all of my possessions, and all contact with anyone! Some I had to cut away, others I pulled in to me, and find comfort there!
If you still know someone who you can, communicate with, openly, It's good to let go of stuff, it builds up like, thick mud, on your boots as you walk through it endlessly!
Always remember that you are first, in your thinking, you can't help or solve these things, for others, unless we try to accept and defend our own inner self!
Do you have animals in your life at all, I mean the fury kind!
Do you still have any contact with your friends at all?
How old are the kids, are they still at home, and your relationship is still strong with them?
Other things can come back to us, it does not seem like it now, but time sorts most things, I find!
Therapies, drug therapies, are not always an answer, we keep it up though! But we must find our own safe ground, inside where you can go when things get too much!
I can only suggest some ideas that I have used in my life, but you will have to find you special way of dealing with that feeling, I know it well!
It's not right, that feeling! What it tells you!
I treat it as a trick to get me to give in, and find What peace!
You put it away, and continue on our path, rough, full of holes and crevasses, we have to build bridges across this and reach the next obstacle or down hill run!
You know this, you sound as though, you have a great life, with dramas, to overwhelming to push through. Sometimes in life, we have made choices and decisions before, we can use now, as we know they work for us!
Patching up the self, is not an easy thing, but hey, neither is being here now!
Through everything up to now, you have prevailed! A huge effort worth praise!
And many more challenges ahead!
Do you enjoy any activities, any I mean, you know, cooking, gardening etc, and animals of cause, if you have them, so much comfort, no expectations!
Never forget that you are very important, in so many ways!
No matter what, try and work on what works for you, once you can, you will be fine!
Research, if you do it? What you believe of your self, both in mind and in life and Google, surprising what you find, outside the Rest of it!
Helps a lot, but never take onboard, what you don't want from it, there are a lot of negatives these days!
Look forward to hearing back from you soon!
And for now, as I must go!
Take Care And Stay Safe!
We are all with you here, and the world is not so small!
Djordat.

Hello,
After reading your post, I wanted to reach out.
That feels like such a heavy amount to carry.
I often feel hopeless myself. But I try to remind myself of two things. I will share them with you and see if you can connect with them or not. It is okay if you don’t.
1# Everything you had before, you had to earn/gain once upon a time. If you gained it once, you can get it back again. Just one step at a time is enough.
2# Every problem has a solution. It just may not be the solution that we want right now. But solutions can be temporary and then transition into a new solution. And eventually that can translate into the solution that you want at this moment. One step at a time too.
It is okay if life has to be simple one-by-one steps at the moment. And that everyday doesn’t have to be a “productive” one. You probably do so much that you don’t recognise in a regular day. And they are all things to be proud of. They are all little wins. And you are worthy of every single one of them.
You are important to the people around you. It can just be hard to see that when you are so overwhelmed. There is hope. If you can find one thing you are proud or happy to achieve today, then there is still hope within you and life.
Today I washed my towels. Such a simple thing. Will it change my life in its entirety? No. But it will change my day today. I will have a fresh towel after my shower tonight. And I am staying hygienic, so I don’t get sick. I also have fresh tea towels for the kitchen, to dry my dishes. And I got my dogs towel washed too. So her skin allergies won’t get aggravated by a wet smelly towel. So, I still have hope. 3 good things out of that one action. Something I never would have noticed unless I really looked at what I do everyday.
What did you do today or yesterday that is positive for your life?
