Also i know im rushing the grieving process
im just trying to find what will work for me
took me 5 yesrs to find wat works after the narcissitic abuse
i will have one more
(3rd) session with pet grief counsellor
and i think this will help me decide if ill grt another pet
If it was gods timing theres no amount of research or anger thst will help
or anger at ndis or neighbours

Hi Flower Earth Angel
Sorry to hear about your cancer scare. I’ve been through that and it’s not nice.
So relieved that it turned out to be okay for you (it did for me too!). We are so lucky to have such a wonderful screening service here in Australia.
The testing and worry would have been a stress that you just didn’t need. Yes, you have to be health conscious.
Grief and stress do have physical manifestations, so best to take good care. Try to reduce your stress. Are you eating? Sleeping okay? How are your social connections?
I’m going through a sad time right now. An elderly close relative has Covid and I’m quite anxious. Finding that talking about it helps.
Perhaps you’re just not ready for another cat. I believe you’ll know in your heart when you’re ready.
It’s a really big step. A huge commitment and responsibility. And, of course, we all know when we make the undertaking that we may very well out live our pets.
But yet when your heart speaks to you, you’ll just know it’ll be the right thing to do.
You take good care now.
Kind thoughts to you

Hi Flower Earth Angel
Thanks so much for your prayers. My Aunt is 93, vaccinated, and so far hanging in there. I spoke to my cousin today and she’s comfortable with the care my Aunt is getting.
Sorry to hear about your support workers giving you grief. Sometimes in life it just feels like it never ends, one thing piled on another.
You hang in there. Tomorrow is another day and a chance for us all to do better.
Kind thoughts to you

Hello Flower Earth, I hope that your own heath scare has been sorted out because that would certainly be a great concern.
I'm deeply sorry for losing your cat and if I can tell you that I had a dog for 18 years who had an operation for cancer but with deep regret, passed away.
People say when this happens to go and buy another one but you can't do this straight away, you need time to grieve and when the time comes, it comes along by accident, someone will bring you a kitten or you see one that you fall in love with, but it never takes away the thoughts you have about the one you've lost.
Take care.
Geoff.

Hi Flower Earth Angel
You made my day. So glad you can feel your cat’s spirit. Just thinking about you becoming a cat made me chuckle.
You do you. Whatever gets you through. Just make sure to close the curtains! Hahaha
Kind thoughts to you
