During Friday I was sitting alone, waiting for parent-teacher interviews to be over, you know as you do and i casually started thinking of how toxic it was back at my old school. I was there being all like "wow i survived that i am strong" but then realised that i was left with the scars of the old school *hem hem* eating disorder will not eat anything at school well i dont eat at school anymore because of how healthy it is at school because i am socialising in the library at lunch and recess and don't have enough time for food. But then not to mention I can't trust anyone anymore after grace* completely turned around and said one day "you're not my friend because you are the reason natalie** left."
*Grace is not her real name because of privacy
**Natalie is my sister and yet again is not her real name
If anyone wants to talk i want someone to vent to

Thank you so much for sharing what you have been feeling. It must have been really tough for you to go through an eating disorder - you are right, you are strong.
It seems that school is healthier in many ways now, especially seeing as you have some friendships, which is amazing!
I can see you are really needing someone to talk to, especially regarding the latest experience with *Grace. I hope that some of our community get back to you soon, but in the meantime, I would love to suggest looking at the online supports you can access through Headspace! They have group chats you can look into, which would be great for you to access more support: Join the online community | headspace
Overall, I encourage you to follow the friendships that feel good; the people who allow you to be exactly who you are. You are doing a great job by reaching out to us and letting us know how you feel. We can recommend chatting with your school counsellor about all of these feelings too. 😊
Please let us know how you go and remember that we are always here for you. 💙
Warm regards,
Sophie M.
