Well done. Absolutely call your assistant with Victim's assistance. My suggestion when you call them is that you need a "gentle" counsellor / psych. The PTSD is being triggered and making you feel scattered. I support this decision 100%!

Well done. You're not ready for police yet. Only you know what you can handle atm, no one else. I support this decision 100%!

See what you did?
You got some clarity.
You've taken more control over things.

You put one thing in the CAN DO pile. Great!
You put one thing in the NOT DOING yet pile. Awesome!

You have SO GOT THIS. You achieved this in a very short period of time.

Let this experience empower you. I know you may not feel this way yet but you will over time if you keep doing this. You've used BB and other supports to co-regulate until you can self-regulate and that's AWESOME. You just showed some self-regulation, wow.

Some breathing exercises will assist further clarity.

Dear G12345~

Welcome back, though it's a pity is is such horrible circumstances. you sound very much alone, particularly now you are 26.

Being alone does make things worse, or it has for me anyway, it allows my mind to feel the pain, both mental and physical, without interruption.

The injury you suffered from your abuse has not healed, and in orders to help it ease professional help is needed. Sophie_M quite rightly pointed out our 24/7 Help Line which may be able to recommend courses of action you can take to lessen your suffering.

I know it has been some time, do you now have a doctor for the physical problems you mentioned and a clinician for the mental pain? I know mine simply got worse untul I had the correct treatment.

While taking of being alone, apart from the medical support do you have a family to help? I apologize if you have mentioned things elswhere I'm now asking however I did have difficulty finding where you had posted

Also are there things you can at times enjoy? For me getting lost in a book has been a great retreat, thogh I admit that's not everyone's cup of tea. How about yourself?

I hope you come back and talk more. Saying how things hurt might help, for example I felt completely useless and a burden on others, is it things like that?

I'm feeling very sad I'm had fresh trauma and I still feel like I deserved and I blame me I have a new term coming up for my study I'm not sure if I can re focus I've told my tafe about it but my teachers don't know and I don't really cry over it but it makes me feel uncomfortable and I need constant distraction from how I feel like my support workers making me laugh and going on fun day trips can someone relate
