Hi Xara, welcome
Trauma is such a tough thing to move on from and I can see how these two events have shaken you. It isn't fair and I hope you recover in time.
Time is a great healer but it isn't the sole recovery tool we have. Treatment in the form of traditional psychotherapy and its close versions is most effective. The sooner you seek a GP consultation on this topic the better.
It is ok for some people to say "you'll get over it" ...well some people dont and these people are left with mental scars for a very long time. Please click on the links as they appear below
Then there is the problem of compounding a situation by not getting treatment and the burden your body has by worrying about it
The important thing is to get to these issues before they become even bigger
