Hi, thank you for sharing what you're going through. It sounds like you've been carrying a lot for a very long time, and dealing with a brain injury, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, and feeling lost can be incredibly exhausting.
One of the most important things is that you don't try to manage all of this alone. If you're not already connected with a doctor, psychologist, counsellor, or therapist, it may be worth reaching out to one. They can help you find treatments and coping strategies that suit your situation.
For natural approaches, some people find regular exercise, spending time outdoors, mindfulness or meditation, breathing exercises, good sleep habits, journaling, support groups, and a balanced diet helpful alongside professional support. What works can be different for each person. Vitamin D is also a serious depression killer, as eating vitamin D supplements or even just being in the sun is an instant mood helper.
For anger and temper issues, it can help to notice the early warning signs, step away from situations when possible, take a short walk, practice slow breathing, or write down what you're feeling before reacting. Learning specific anger-management techniques with a therapist can also make a big difference.
Most importantly, please be kind to yourself. The fact that you're asking for help shows strength and self-awareness. You deserve support, and things don't have to stay exactly as they are now.
Wishing you all the best, and I hope you can find the right support and some peace moving forward. β€οΈ
