So, due to constant subtle ways of bullying or at least I perceived as bullying (I have a sensitive heart). I have been psychologically traumatized by everything what I have experienced. My emotions are all over the places and so are my thoughts. Some days I feel numb and other days I feel like crying a lot but jovial person I used to be like when I was working in a call centre environment.
I want to sue but it might end up being a losing battle and I did nothing wrong. I have now contracted Pericarditis and struggling to fight it off as I have to take pills on a daily basis.
I am not sure what to do?

Hi Cybertron,
i acquired shingles from work stress. It’s been 4 years and I still get symptoms..... nerve twinges across my face (during stressful times)
is there anything stopping u from going back to the call centre? I’m now in my mid 40s and am wishing that I had structure my 8 years of bullying in an entirely different way.
Here r the steps that worked for me (and ultimately got the man sacked..... but by then I’d left)......
- create a diary of events.
- write down exact times, dates, all witnesses (be they clients or work colleagues), do this for the next 6-8 weeks, include location of discussions also......
- the legislation is designed to keep the person who is the victim, employed...... so that people who r the victims, are not left financially disadvantaged.
- keep ur behaviour immaculate.... even if u have to put on an act......
- don’t tell colleagues about ur actions..... this helps in the long run.... because if u r proven to be gossiping about that perpetrator etc, they will turn that on u and make a similar complaint that you’ve been spreading malicious words etc.....
- although if a colleague complains to u about it; tell them to do this same process.....
- do it on an app... on ur phone.... piece of paper, whatever works.....
- after 4-8 weeks, u should have enough evidence....
- sometimes I had to write long sentences of: Jane said this, then sally said that etc..... but it is worth it....
- put a formal complaint in..... my work got an external investigator in.... he tried to say I was a bully in the process, but there was no evidence of this.....
- it is worth it !

The thing is the people I speak are constantly bullying me and I did keep a recording of it but the guy took over my phone and deleted the recordings as well . I have told my former colleagues within the call centre environment and it feels like everyone over there is being forced to change in bad and stressful ways.
Now, I feel scared of going to work these days because of what will happen and what will management do to me. They said either you will deployed someplace else or declassified. Sadly, bullying tactics is a notorious thing and I feel I am being pigeon holed into that area where I am not learning anything new.
The thing is I am working in a call centre environment its not exactly the best place to work in and I feel hearing negative opinions from people on the phones will increase my anxiety levels even further.
