Hi Cheer, I'm sorry to hear that you lost hope... Do you need to find an employment for your financial needs? Sometimes starting a volunteer work can help people stay touch with their community and work environment (I used to do it but I have a social anxiety but want to get back to it when I get better). I think at your age having a job itself is not "normal" anymore... if you are financially ok then you might want to take a little bit of rest until you are ready. If you need to find a job, I think there would be some support for you from your local government, a friend of mine had her daughter get help (sorry I don't have the exact name of the organisation at the moment) and it took about a year for her but she found a great job. She got rejected a few times and also she quit some of the jobs that were offered but she did not give up and eventually found the workplace where everybody understands her situation (having severe mental health issues and history of self-harm) and very supportive, the job is casual and is a fill-in position but she is happy. Sorry I can't give you more detailed information.. I hope you can find something, whether it is a job or hobby or volunteering, that fulfills your life.

I am sorry to hear that this has been your workplace experience and it wasn't taken into hand. I am certain you have skills that a workplace would love to utilise regardless of age. My workplace employs people from 16 to 70 years and this is awesome we can learn from each other's experiences.

There is also the possibility of starting your own business. I think the government is providing funding to do this and is offered through employment agencies. Good luck, you've got this 🙂
