Im new. Unsure how to start.

Hello. Im new. I dont really know where to start. My heart is pounding, Im so anxious to be on here. Im not sure if its the right thing to do. I've never spoken to anyone about how i feel or anything. Even my husband. I just cant. I dont really know what i am supposes to do. I feel so alone and lost.

Hello Grandy, Starts & Deebi & all.

Im so sorry ive not been on lately again. I just have no energy or will to do anything. I think once ive had my gallbladder removed i should get better. At the moment im just floating along feeling fed up with everything. And everything is such an effort. So at the moment im just sticking to small steps and basics. Just to get me through the next 3 weeks til my op.

I will try tomorrow to visit you guys. I honestly feel so guilty about not being there for you all. Im just barely holding on atm.

You can do this Sapphire, as hard as it is, please just fill yourself with happy memories, pictures, anything that happy, beasty hates happiness, please try , do opposite to what depression is telling you...

Your stronger then depression, I know you can do beat it.. we're here helping you to do so...

Honestly have been thinking about you and can relate to feeling guilty about not visiting us. I'll Learn but atm don't take a lot of my own advice 😊 One of the many great things here is there's no pressure to respond or visit till you feel ready or up to it. Look after you first hun 🤗 you have a lot going on.

Baby steps makes sense and is a less pressured way of achieving goals.

Whenever beasty (depression) says no, thanks to you saying similar we say yes. "Do opposite to what depression wants us to" Gold hun.
