Hey CMF, I’m really enjoying my job at present my role is still the same although working a couple of projects which have been fun. It’s still in my head and I’m thinking about it, I’m selling lots of boards which is fun.
W is definitely a climber like his father.

Everything my Mum told me about me as a toddler is right in front of my eyes everyday.
did I mention that I still have to hold his hand to sleep at night? Ha

one of my children likes to think he was never a toddler and so has no interest in stories about his childhood. Also he thinks I know nothing about children !

You are good son to listen to your mums stories. I am glad you are selling lots of boards.

Thanks Quirky... I am very lucky that for the next week I have a high school student helping me out as part of a project they couldn’t complete due to COVID.
They will be here some evenings/afternoons and tbe weekend and I will be teaching them different elements of shaping, designing a board, customer service.

The student is a local kid only 14 or 15.
I thought, it will cost me nothing and I get to educate somebody. It’s only a week but he is lucky that I am in the middle of lots of orders right now so will get to see each component. I’m taking final 2020 orders at the moment.

Yes our little dude is a fire cracker... like his father. Just has to do things a little differently with this cheeky grin... as I said, a climber. We knew we were in for a shock when we had baby proof everything by 7 months. Now we have a walking, talking, running, climbing little monkey. Happy though.

Sounds like W is doing just fine! Children certainly do like to explore their environment!

The student is in for a very interesting week by the sounds of it, hope it goes really well for you both. Being able to create and build something with your own hands is very special. Hope the student is enthusiastic and inquisitive.

My Mum told me when I was about 2 - 3 years old and managed to get out of the house, she always found me next door at the neighbours. Living in a small country town it was safe enough.

Thanks Dools, yeah we are busy, very busy, I finish work on Friday for the year and shut “Jacks Factory” on Tuesday before we have a nice little break and family holiday. We are hosting Christmas this year instead of going over to SA to see step dads fam. So that will be interesting.

I hope everybody’s Christmas was a nice one and if not I hope there are better days to come for you. Today we hosted Christmas which was super nice, we were a bit worried it would be hectic but family were so helpful, so helpful. W had a great day, his 2nd Christmas ever. We announced to our family that in 2021 we are expecting tiny human #2.... yup 🤷🏼‍♂️

Lockdown may have driven us a little up the wall but we did spend a lot more time together ha ha...

We are EXHAUSTED! H has been “napping” since 5:30 on the couch.

Next up is 2nd Christmas tomorrow.
