Came within millimetres of getting knocked off my bike leaving work today, I have anxiety but things like that don’t often give me the jitters but that scared the living day lights out of me, could of been much much worse if it had been a second later, time to buy a lotto ticket I think, phew, couldn’t stop shaking the whole way home, so lucky and the person didn’t even stop either, knew what they did because they looked me in the eye

That must have given you quite a fright! So pleased to know you were not injured in any way, just shaken up! Understandably so!

It would have been common courtesy for the person to have stopped! Hope you have a safer journey if you are riding again tomorrow.

I’m sending a nice little update before I disappear for a couple of weeks...

We have been spending the last 36 hours as our little family of 3. I am just getting around to letting to people outside family and close friends know.

A 7 pound 8 boy 💛💚

Right on 37 weeks, no need for the scheduled induction he was pretty excited to be earthside. Both will be spending at least the rest of the week in for monitoring and few little things to get him in tip top shape but otherwise in perfect health.

You probably won’t hear from me for at least the next few weeks while we adjust and spend time together.

Turns out the reason for the anxiety surrounding the bike incident on Monday afternoon was much bigger than just a bike ride... Tuesday AM things got a lot more hectic.

Time for a quick 5am cat nap
