Hey Fi,
Hope you were able to use those strategies to divert that high risk behaviour. Sorry I don't know what else to say except can you call your psych if you are still feeling like this?
Please be careful and ask for help - very worried about you

Hello Fi
I have read the previous few threads and I am most concerned. Glad you noticed the correlation between mental and physical illness. I believe our physical fitness is so often determined by our mental unfitness. Not only do you look after your family and care about them but at the same time you have the need to keep yourself together. This is putting such demands on your body that I wonder where you find the energy.
Anyway, I am unwell myself at the moment and not up to writing posts. Please look after yourself.

Hi Fiasco,
Stressless and Mary have already said the important stuff but I wanted to say I'm worried about you too. Especially the self harm. What have you got in place to keep you safe from doing that again unconsciously?
Keeping busy is good but what do you do when you're overwhelmed and exhausted and over committed? I'm really worried about the stressful week you've got coming up especially because you're already struggling.
Are you alright? How are you feeling today?

Quercus I didn't recognise you! Lovely picture - how do you change your profile pic?
i have miss 4 with me keeping me busy today.
i haven't had a chance to think about anything. I feel sick in my stomach with anxiety but I can't deal with it. I alternate between feeling like an idiot for Hurting myself and then feeling like I need to do it again and worse. Crazy. I am seriously crazy.

Hi Fiasco,
Don't worry I will look for a new fox picture. If you go to the top of the screen there is a menu button (three stripes) next to the home button. At the very bottom of that menu it says Welcome and you can click member profile. You can change your picture in there.
As to the other... You're not crazy. Just seriously overwhelmed and exhausted and overcommitted again by the sounds of it. Time to see your doc or psych. Please think seriously about doing this.
Maybe see if you can withdraw from some of the activities in the competition? Is that possible? What is the point of hurting yourself out of stress to win a competition?
I'm worried about you. Please visit your psych?

Dear Fi
Please take care of yourself. Call your GP/psychologist/000 whatever to get help. This is not a good for you to be alone now. Try this number for someone to talk to 1300 659 461. It's the Suicide Callback Service and they will help you. They can talk for longer than other 24/7 services and give you the best advice as they are mental health professionals. Please call at least one of the options.
Keep in touch here so we know you are OK.
Mary
