Lost my brother

In 2015 my younger brother died I'm still struggling with this sometimes it's nice to just talk about him with other people sounds so weird but it helps to remember the good bits

We spoke about seeing your gp on your other thread, a referral to a counselor i think would be a great help for you as i think the loss of you dear brother is possibly causing a lot of what you are feeling. Of course you can post here but a counsellor will know how to really deal with it and give you coping mechanisms.
