Hello all, it's been a while since I posted. I've figured out why I hate my life so much. I hate my life, because I didn't ask to be here.
The way I see it is, I didn't ask to be alive, and therefore, it is unfair that I have to deal with things I don't want to deal with.
List of things I don't want to deal with below:
- Work - it's a waste of my time, my previous time
- Put up with shitty people
- Put up with crappy employer
- Put up with society's downward trajectory causing problems on my life
- The fact that I have to work to earn money, and I have to have money to have the life I want - also called wage slavery - so basically I have to endure things that I don't want to get a smidge of happiness, and by the time that smidgen comes along, it's not good enough.
For me, life feels like a contract that I didn't sign for, but I have to bear the conditions of.
It's completely unfair.
Trust me, I have blamed God, my mother for not aborting me for this I have to endure.
If someone played me 15 minutes clip of my life preview, I'd be like.... Nope!!
But yes, I don't like life in general, I cannot wait to be over with this.
Thanks to reading

Hi, welcome back
I think many people here have a similar view due to their mental struggles leading to despair. Is your perception reversible? Yes. Is that reversible easy to accomplish? Yes with different eyes please let me explain.
If we go for a walk and at the end all we've done is focus on work, society, money and problems..we miss the bee collecting nectar, the bird with a worm in its mouth and its chirping chick or the old lady saying hello that could be saying "can you lift this shopping bag for me?" If you had that mindset- to embrace what is the beauty of nature your purpose alive would differ.
How do we get that change? For me then at 27yo it came in the form of a 30 minute motivational lecture. (Link is below). I left that building a changed person. No longer hating work because work provided money to achieve my goal (build my own home). I now often visit the beach, we camp in the bush and in my case I'm very careful with the kind of humans I associate with, the toxic I'm just civil as I find them too destructive.
So who is to blame for our own negative mindset? It depends on the individual but for me it was the result of a mentally unstable mother, my later diagnosis of bipolar, extreme sensitivity and depression. You have reasons also but whatever they are they are not your fault.
Steps to take-
1.whatever you are good at- extend it, hobby, sports. That distracts you and raises self esteem.
2. Attend motivational lectures . Every negative has a positive side, focus on the positive eg I hate work but without work is no money, no $ means no roof, no phone.
3. Remain distant from negative people
4. Get extra medical help. GP, therapy, group therapy, books.
5. Learn to like yourself and what you can achieve
