ifallintofantasy To take it one day at a time isn't as easy as it sounds. Especially when you've been bullied, I was bullied through primary school, secondary school, various jobs I have had, and still getting over it. The trick I tend to use is not to let the person get to me. I know not everyone will like me, some will some wont so what. The most important person on the planet is yourself. That is the same for all of us, we don't have to go down to there level. We are better than a bully, because we consider the people around us. Taking there feelings into concentration. So if you feel threaten by anothers bullying take a breath ignore them, just know you are better than them not superior. You are there equal and they are yours.

All the other support groups may or may not help you, because they could make you all too confused with no definite answers.
It's not so much as you have to learn to do things once again, because all of this has been pushed out of you by these bullys, where they have stolen any strength you once had, so now you feel as though you have nothing, let's try and rebuild this with you, but remember we can't teach you overnight,it has to be done slowly.
NO your perspective is NOT *******, you are someone who has been demoralised for a long period of time and would love to hear back from you, when ever you can. Geoff.

Dear Ifallintofantasy~
You are undergoing a pretty terrible time at the moment and the people here do want to help. People such as White Knight, BlondGuy, Geoff and many others.
In order for your story to be read properly could I suggest you only use just the one thread? This will give a much clearer picture of your situation and allow better replies. You could choose between:-
No Trust and Misunderstoood,
Relashionships or
Atonement, forgivenes and guilt
Perhaps the first one might be best as it is the start. The name of the thread is not that important once people get to know you.
I would be very pleased if you could say if you are undergoing any form of treatment at the moment. Having to deal with the sorts of problems you talk about all by yourself is just about impossible. I found I needed outside help to get better.
We look forward to hearing from you

Picture your mind as the sky and your memories as clouds.
Let the bad memories pass across the sky like a cloud and disappear

We can see you've started up a number of different threads too. When seeking support on the forums, we really encourage members to use one thread rather than starting new ones all the time. It's really difficult for the community to keep up with your story if you have a lot of threads going at once, and you may find yourself having to repeat information if your story is spread across the forum - sometimes our members will be repeating themselves as well if it's an issue you've had previously. Help us to support you by keeping to one thread, even if you're returning here after a period of time. There's a lot of value in seeing how someone's story evolves over time, and when facing a new crisis it's helpful to scroll back and see how you've coped previously.
We're going to close this thread off and would encourage you to keep posting in your original thread below:
