I can relate to u. I thinkI havestopped trying in schooland stopped caring. I still have something in me that says maybeI can do it, maybe i am good enough.
but I haven't been going to school for a few days, allI do is sit in bed on my phone. Maybe the only solution for me is to drop out.
I am dumb, never good enough,I haveeverything butI an not happy. Iam worthless and helpless. I am lost andlonely. I know some people have it worse, and that makes me feel bad about howI am feeling. I know myemotions are valid andI have the right tofeel this way. However, some have it worse whichmakes me feel stupid for thinking this is aproblem.

Hi Dejena,
We are sorry to hear that you are going through such a tough time right now and struggling with so much right now. Comparing yourself to others can indeed get us down and can have us think worse of ourselves. It can be a never ending merry go round at times. We have contacted you privately to offer you support.
If you feel it may be helpful, you are always welcome to get in touch with Kids Helpline. They are a confidential and anonymous, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged 25 and under.
We would strongly urge that in overwhelming moments you get in touch with our friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467).
If you would like some help finding mental health support, we would recommend that you get in contact with the Beyond Blue Support Service. They are available 24/7 by phone on 1300 22 4636 or on Webchat 1pm-12am AEST on our website: www.beyondblue.org.au/getsupport One of our friendly counsellors will be able to talk through these feelings with you and can offer support, advice and referrals.
We are here to help you and you do not have to deal with anything alone.
