Oh Elise, I'm sorry, it is awful to wake up that way. I can relate to that. I am sending you a comforting hug now in hope that it may help in some way.
Did something happen, are you OK? Please know I care about you, and you can write back again if you want. And I hope you do.
With love

Dear Elsie
Hello and welcome to Beyond Blue. It is horrid to wake up feeling so miserable. Is there are particular reason you feel this way? Would love to chat with you about this, especially if you think it would help.
Can you tell us a little about yourself. I live on my own having separated from husband 15 years ago. Today I have my five year old granddaughter with me. She is such a delight. I was given a colouring in book for Christmas. You know, one of the latest activities. My granddaughter is busily colouring a page and singing to herself.
Do you have a family? Would love to get to know you.
Cheers
Mary
