- Tbh, I've just kind of had enough. I feel like I've always tried to take the high road. And it left me with I good moral compass but not much else.
I've got things and people to live for, but I feel like I'm losing them anyway, I'm running out of reasons.
I have a referral for a mental health care plan but I have no idea where to go from here. Please if you know somewhere to go that's good that'll be awesome.

Dear Guest,
A very warm and caring welcome to the forums..
I am sorry you feel like you’re running out of reasons for living..
Having a loving and caring family and/or friends, pets etc is a beautiful reason to keep fighting for your mental health….towards your wellness..
First thing to do, would be to make an appointment with the physiologist/counsellor that is written on your referral….then talk openly and honestly about how you’re feeling and thinking….so they can do their best to help you…if talking seems to hard, you can always write out the things you want to tell them….to help understand you and your mental health struggles…
My kindest thoughts Dear Guest…
Grandy..
