I don’t know what I’m going through to be honest, all I know is I feel left behind or left out. Seems like my life is not moving forward it stays . I’m getting tired of this . I don’t know what to do . I mean I know what to do but it’s not working .

The warmest of welcomes to you at such a challenging time in your life.
I think one of the toughest things in life at times involves gaining a specific sense of direction, as opposed to a general sense. While some people seem to have it all worked out regarding every single one of their goals (with an incredibly clear step by step vision), I have to say I admire them and wish I knew how they did it.
I've found there can be so many factors in play when it comes to why certain things don't seem to be taking the direction we wish they'd take at times. I'm wondering whether you find any of the following relatable at all
- We can lack the energy needed for certain goals
- We can lack the right kinds of people as guides, supports or some form of inspiration
- We can lack a clear vision. When imagination becomes a driving force, sometimes what we imagine needs to be so incredibly clear (to the point where we can feel what we see as exciting or motivating). Expanding our imagination, so that it can offer us what appears to be outside the square, is a skill in itself
- Not being able to make complete sense of the challenges that are pushing us to evolve. For example, if challenges involve us purging certain things from our life (certain habits, people, mindsets, strategies that no longer work etc), unless there's some purging done it can feel impossible to move forward in any constructive sense. The question becomes 'What am I doing that actually no longer serves me?'
Just a handful of things to consider. It's hard when our quest in life comes with so many questions. I've found the right questions typically contribute to a constructive yet sometimes challenging sense of direction. I'll be the first to admit that it's hard to know at times what the right questions are. While it sounds simplistic, I've found I get no helpful answers when I'm asking all the wrong questions. Sometimes I find people wondering with me to be a must in life. I could be wondering all by myself, as to why I'm stuck, and get nowhere. Brainstorming with others can prove to be a fast tracker toward much needed answers.
