I am suffering with crippling loneliness.. After another failed relationship the effects are taking their toll and I have fallen in a hole so deep I don't know how to get out. I am trying to see the silver living and be mindful and grateful as aside from being single I have a blessed life, however the feeling is so strong now that I can't see past it. My mind is constantly plagued with negative thoughts.
Any suggestions how to break out of this funk and actually put "positive thinking" into action?

Hi,
I don't think there is anything more painful than being rejected from another person. I have been in a couple of relationships where the woman said bye bye, it hurts like hell. One pride is also damaged, and that compounds the problem. IMHO. And truthfully, some you never get over. I got banned from tweeting a celeb once, man I didn't see that coming. haha. What hurt the most is that I was a fan, she took it as stalking. (Hey there must be a fine line if anyone knows the numbers??) That hurt as well.
You mentioned being positive and I agree. Negativity can grow in a persons mind until it becomes a mess.
Life is tough, there are no easy answers that I have ever found. I also believe that sometimes you need to let yourself heal mentally rather than 'just getting on with it'. This is rather hash to oneself.
