I would like to say thank you as these forums help me with my depression,anxiety, BPD and bipoloar.
Today I started thinking of sad things and then I started thinking of death and I started searching for coffins, when I start thinking like this I come to this forum and it takes my mind off these terrible thoughts by reading other peoples posts Im not very good at answering posts but this forum is a life saver to me

Im sorry about the struggles your dealing with...
I can resonate with your post about your dark thoughts and coming here to listen to other people. When I fall down into the darkness, coming here and listening to others has saved me..from carrying out those thoughts...These forums are a distraction from my thoughts..When I’m down, I don’t post much, but that’s okay because theirs no obligation here to do so....I think your very brave for your above post..well done..
Distracting ourselves is I feel the only way to help ourselves when our thoughts turn dark...I have a few things I do to distract myself...listening to music or sleep stories, sitting outside and fully concentrating on what I’m seeing and hearing, playing internet games...Anything that takes our complete concentration can help us....
Is it okay to ask you if your under medical care for your mh? if not do you think it would be something that you would consider..I found trying to fix myself never worked, and once I spoke to my GP..about my thoughts and feeling, she started me on meds, and a mental health care plan..that has helped me a lot....
Its okay lovely one, if you don’t reply...I just wanted to let you know that you are cared for here, and your not alone, the wonderful people here are amazing and very caring...
I have a good ear if you want to talk some more, be it the weather, your likes and dreams, or anything at all...you feel comfortable with..We are here for you and will help you as much as we can through your difficult journey...
