i'm scared my boyfriend will leave me, he has said that he's unsure of our future because he helps me all the time but i dont help him back when he asks, and its true but i cant even help myself and also the fact that he wants to go out and do things with me but id rather sleep and then when he finally convinces me to come out i end up feeling numb and sitting in the car watching from the window.
i don't know what to do.

dear Anita, you may still be on the site, so that's why I am replying back to you.
You know when we suddenly feel as though we aren't strong enough to reciprocate so that we can help our partner, there could be a large problem circling, especially when you sit in the car and only watch from the car when you your b/friend wants to go out.
Would it be possible to google the 'K-10 test' which will give you an indication on whether you could be suffering from depression, but it's best to be done a couple of times, only because our moods change so much.
It doesn't take very long to do, so please have a go and then reply back to us.
Once we know the score you get then we will try and help you. Geoff. x
