I have no energy anymore

I have nothing to live for, my psychiatrist put me on another pill when I went in to complain about and change the medication I’m on. Now I’m all doped up and nothing is changing. My ex is sending me videos of her with other guys. I’m so sad. I told my gp I’m suicidal and all he said was lower my dose of medication and wait 4 weeks. No one cares. I’m alone. I have nothing.

How are you supposed to improve and enjoy things

I can’t even talk to girls anymore I’m too scared and anxious

Me, my two sisters and dad are supposed to be moving into a house together soon and I’m not looking forward to it, it’ll be 7 cats with us all which is insane to me, they let their cats do their business in the bathtub too so that’s gross and I feel embarrassed about living with them all still. Not to mention bringing people outside of the family home in with my dad and sister who keep their house as a pig sty.
