Oh dk

its ok. I understand completely. But sometimes you got to say %^*# it and have a laugh at yourself. So you had too much to drink, you were letting your hair down. But remember that alcohol can make you depressed and anxious for up to a week later. You’re ok. We’re all doing the best we can on this crazy planet. 🙂

Hi k & all

You're having a rough trot aye

Pretty much human nature talking about eachother & seems you letting your hair down was the topic but thats only until they've got something or someone else to talk about.

When you feel like you don't fit in is it cause you're shy or are they nasty, don't talk etc.

Are you new at this job?

Uly made some good points, like maybe try with other groups, there's usually nice people amongst groups & often can be the case others feel as you do.

Maybe talk to some individually get to know them as opposed in a group

Do you think seeing a counsellor or psychologist could help (you've always got here too ☺) they help find reasons & strategies for coping as well as listening. Can start off with GP if you wanted to do that

How's meditation going good that was helping

It can take time but it helps if we're able to work out where problems stem from then easier to work through otherwise depression can deepen. May not be depression with you a professional can help if there's a diagnosis needed.

Your friend, hard when you don't know whats up isnt it. Something's bothering her by the sounds, did read posts sorry if you said, have you spoken to her to see if she's upset with you though you said you haven't done anything so she may have something on that the only way she can deal with is closing up.

You sound like a good friend, I imagine she does appreciate that. Maybe tell her exactly what you said here that u really like her dont wanna lose her you by the sounds want to be there for her

Hope you're better today

Cya later ☺

You were right.....i was feeling so low and didn't want to be at work cause everyone was talking behind my back of how I was acting etc....i was in tears, but got throughthe day.

I've a few great days so far now and I'm trying to take it day by day. I am determined to crack this and be how I was once before.

I cry at least once a day - also don't feel I fit in anywhere....sometimes it helps to daydream...but they call that maladaptive daydreaming!

Hi Double K,

I’m sorry you feel that way... it’s a horrible feeling.

I just want you to know that you are not alone or strange in any way. I feel the same way and I’m sure there are millions just like us.

hang in there please.

Hello All,

i had some time off from drama and now I'm back.

im still not 100%, but getting thru things. I have been crying myself to sleep lately and then wake up feeling a little better. I seem to cry over the same thing.

I'm so done with people I work with...especially this particular Supervisor. She has turned into a bully once again and on a power trip. She has been using me as scapegoat and I'm feeling really low. 🙁🙁😢

Hi K sorry to hear you're having more grief at work, do you think having an open chat to supervisor be any good. Im guessing they're probs not approachable though if they're on power trip & going on like that

Not good crying yourself to sleep, you mentioned same thing all the time. Is there any chance theres any change can be made to sort that out. I think the reason we have ruminating thoughts is for us to address them if we can.

Hope its all bit better for you now ☺
