I feel like I can break down at any moment.

Nothing is going good for me, not friends not family not school or work. I wake up and go to school where I am surrounded my people that make me feel so bad about myself, then as soon as i get home from school I have to go to work. You would think yay me at least im getting money but all my money goes to my controlling boyfriend which our relationship is complicated.. There's so much drama with my friends and I always try to run away from it but it chases after me. My family is slowly breaking up and money is starting to get tight. I just feel like I wake up everyday to live a life I really don't want to exist in, and this is what makes me able to break down at any moment.

Hi sailor_moon,

Just to let you know that someone cares about your situation. Winston Churchill once gave a speech when things were looking very black. Everyone expected a long speech of great eloquence, but this is what he said:

“Never give in. Never give in. Never, never, never, never—in nothing, great or small, large or petty—never give in, except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force. Never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”

Take care and be true to yourself: after the night comes the day.

dear Sailor, I am concerned about your boyfriend controlling over you and the money you earn and whether or not he is needing this money for any type of drug and this includes alcohol.

It seems as though you have no support to help you and that the group of people you are associating with aren't the ones you actually want, and if this is the case then maybe it's time to make an exit, if this is possible.

If I am correct it maybe harder to do this because of your living arrangements, school and work.

When you say 'it chases after me', does this mean your boyfriend or the problems you are having at the moment.

You are well and truly heading towards depression if you don't already have it, but I will wait until I hear back from you. Geoff. x
