Have you heard of bullet journals? I know people make mood trackers for the journal and fill them in each day with a colour that represents they'e mood or they use emoji faces.
Bullet journals are great for habit & behavior tracker, goals, writing to do lists, etc. If your someone who finds writing or being creative bullet journal might be a great resource.there' lots of inspiration on the web:
