Hello, I get so many days that I feel like crap rather then full of energy. I run two successful businesses that are more of a lifestyle then a job, but still I am feeling blue. Is this normal?

Hi Bremslaire (interesting name by the way - could it be the name of one of your products that you sell?)
Welcome to Beyond Blue and thank you for coming and posting.
Yes yes and yes - it is normal.
Though, HUGE congrats to you on running not one, but TWO successful businesses. I'm taking that this would take up a whole lot of your awake time to keep these running and making sure that all is a-ok.
And then as you're so focussed and concentrated on the businesses, it's perhaps when you have your downtime that the mental demons come out to play - and possibly play quite severely? I mention this, as there was a person who was here a number of months ago who was in a similar situation and it wasn't until he actually retired, that the demons took full toll on him.
Have you any outlets or avenues for recreation?
Also any support mechanisms in place to help you out?
Would love to hear back from you.
Kind regards
Neil
