i think i have depression my family has even said i look depressed  i just feel off i have never been like this but i think i have it i know i might sound weird but yeah

We cannot diagnose on the forum, but we can give you support and advice. If you feel like you might be dealing with depression, your first option is to call the help line to get some advice and your second option is to visit your GP to get some advice. The best thing you can do for yourself is to find out one way or the other. We will be here if you need some support along the way.

It's nice to meet you. If you don't mind me asking, is there anything in particular that makes it sound weird to you? There are many here who suffer from depression so its quite normal for us to hear a whole variety of different experiences. We're happy to talk more if you'd like to and feel comfortable doing so. In any case, welcome to the forums and I hope you can find what you're looking for, whether it's support or a place to just be yourself.
