Im so overwhelmed . I got into a car accident last week, I've had some trouble at work and I'm just very depressed. I havent seen my psychologist in over 2 months becuase she keeps cancelling me. I feel more depressed than eyore on winne the pooh.

i'm really sorry you're feeling this way. life can be a lot, and not enough at the same time.
it's good you're still getting to work, even if you've been having trouble. that's really admirable, considering how you've been feeling. the situation with your psychologist sounds aggravating. have you considered switching psychologists, or seeing another therapist on the side? i know money can be an issue when it comes to this, but there are options like remote therapy (telehealth) which can be free.
have you ever been on antidepressant medication? if not, i'd recommend speaking to your GP about looking into that. antidepressants can be truly life changing for people with struggles like yours.
