Hi Lost76,
Sorry to hear the last few days have been tough. You've made some important steps forward though with your counselling, and as you mentioned a few days back, you know it's going to take a while to come out the other side of the dark tunnel.
You mentioned before that your husband has muscular dystrophy and that the kids are an ongoing source of stress at the moment. Is there any way you can get some extra help around the house for a little while? Is this something you could discuss with your treating team, they may have some suggestions about home help.

Hi Lost76
I'm sorry to hear that things aren't going so flash for you of late. Things sure can get stressful when there's all things to do around the house and you've got the kids to fend for as well.
With regard to your friend, or say, any other friend, would it be possible for them to come over and give you a hand with something ... or even just be there for a little support from time to time. It sounds like this friend may know of the struggles that you're experiencing, so I'm sure that they would be only too pleased to chip in with any help that you need. Although, having said that, maybe that might not please your hubby either??
When is your next counselling appointment?
Kind regards
Neil
