The BB cafe is open for business!
Welcome all to a new chill and chat place for everyone on the forum.
The BB cafe is whatever you want it to be. There are comfy sofas, tables and chairs, coffee machines, a kitchen stocked with everything. There's a pool outside, a bbq area, an annexe with comfy beds for a quiet sleep, tv, dvd, books and whatever else you would like to have here.
Most of all, it's a place to meet friends and fellow travellers for a bit of company. Talk over problems, tell jokes, share your day, escape into a world of your making. Grab a coffee and pull up a chair ...
So, with a nod to the wonderful Carole King (Hard Rock Cafe) ...
Now if you're feeling just a little bit lonely
Don't sit at home just mopin'
Come on down to where the friendship flows freely
You know the door is always open
At the BB cafe
Come to the BB cafe
They will help keep your blues at bay
At the BB cafe

Hi everyone,
i loved the story. One of my psychologists taught me a calming strategy similar to what u r doing with your story. It's called 'Fish bowling ' . Pretend u have a fish bowl in your head. Decorate it with whatever you want. The bowl can be as big as u like. U can have a little fishy city in there if you like. Sea horses, star fish......anything and everything as long as it is a happy place. When things get too much, think about your fishbowl. Redecorate, bring new sea life in, etc. Its harmless and a great way to take yourself out of the moment. 'Head farming' is another one - imagine u have farm and you need to tend to the animals daily and do farming things.
yum....I love bread and jam. I have also brought in some banana muffins for all to enjoy. I'm going to make a big jug of banana smoothie for everyone too. It will be in the fridge. It's going to be a banana kind of day.
I have recovered from Nye. Was a very sleepy day yesterday. Thanks for the juice!
Im off to the shops today. Hope everyone has a lovely day. I love the cafe cockatoo and kittys.

Hi yggy, have you tried a fresh extracted juice with fresh ginger in it? That may help with your sore belly. Was it the gluten you ate?
.......I will prepare an imaginary one for you here in the cafe, if you want.....
Hope you feel better soon

Yeah I am weary too Kaz. Not much sleep for me last night.
.........I did see a swinging hammock there in the cafe garden, might just head over to it, I also have an image of a clear bowl of gold fish balancing on top of my head....

haha Shell, you better stay steady then hun. Can't have you dripping wet with a startled goldfish flopping about in your hair.
I've just popped in to say hi, and if anyone hears a motorbike pull up outside it's TMB. I just invited him in to watch the sport that's always on in that tele over there. Where Sherie and I watch the cricket.
Grim reality is, I have to get busy cleaning my house. I've invited my daughter for lunch tomorrow and the house is a tip. Been trying to work up the energy all day. Not sure if I'm tired or lazy. Bit of both probably. Anyways, can't avoid it any longer (picks up cleaning cloth and Gumption) See you when it's sparkling.
Cheers, Kaz xx

Hi Yggy, KT, Shell & Kaz. I'm back. But only briefly today. Just wanted to drop in and say HI to you all.
Looking forward to the Sydney cricket test starting tomorrow. Although it sounds like it could be a bit of a washout with plenty of rain predicted. Hope thats not the case. But Kaz please reserve me a prime seat in front of the tele for 10.30am tomorrow.
Sherie
