Dear Moon~

For once I'm just going to deal with the most important thing in your post, no side issues, no quotes

You said" but then again, why should you be interested?"

The answer is we are freinds, and have been for many years

Dear Moon~

So do I. (However walruses do not give kisses, the dental work gets in the way:)

I think it is wise to take a friend with you, and I'd imagine it will be sad just seeing the place empty with no fixed resumption date, all built for masses, and only having one or two echoing around.

Perhaps on the bowling platform, with lights towards you might seem more comfortable.

There is no "authentic" Moon to miss, it is still you, plus a bit of worry you will be hit for six -it will be fine.

I'm under the impression Love Actually is about those that died in 9/11, um

No Croix, a walrus don't look too dainty pussy footing around.

Love Actually you can watch it and then tell us how wonderful it was lol!

My favourite part is when Darcy learns Spanish is it? and proposes to Aurelia! lol.
I also found the Chinese whispers of the crowd interpreting his really awful Spanish into funny phrases, hilarious.

And those American supermodels....

I think you'll watch it now Croix! lol.

If not, you'll still be a walrus, so that's ok.

Hi Croix......Love Actually has nothing to do with 9/11....except for one teeny tiny short reference right at the beginning..when Hugh Grant mentions "messages of love".....it is never referred to again......love, Me x

Dear Moon and EM~

OK, my mistake, I thought it was all last messages from the towers having backstories. I'll watch it (unspecified when) and blame the lot of you if I come away unhappy:)

Dear Croix OH NO that would be so sad.

It has Hugh whatisname in it. AND MR DARCY lol - Colin Firth.

Our DVD player is broken and I don't know how I would install another one anyway now the CCTV is on the main TV, never thought I'd be such snob saying that - the kids bought their own TVs and I don't own any TVs! lol.

The truth of it.

I have found some really great shows on ABC iView. I watch everything on my phone, it's easier.

I do love the comedy ones. I love the crime drama ones too. I think I've watched them all now.

Hello Croix...well I paid a visit..a few people..only 10 allowed anyway remember? Conversation seemed to come to a sort of halt when I arrived..is was it my imagination? No one mentioned my loss at all...I wonder why..can you explain that? I would have loved someone to hug me..so I could give way to my emotions but not even a touch...not their fault...I seemed to make them uncomfortable just being there...people are complicated creatures...😓

Dear Moon~

I'm glad you went, fronting up would have filled you so full of mixed thoughts.

Yes a hug would have been wonderful, and maybe some of those there knew of your loss and it would have been their first impulse too. Social distancing rules ok 😞

I don't know if all knew of your loss, but of those that did ignoring the subject, particularly in a group, is all too common. I am not at all sure it is lack of genuine care, often it seems there is not starting point (as in a hug) but just dry words to start the ball rolling (sorry) . Everyone waits for someone else.

Perhaps meeting just one it might have been different. You are right, people are complicated creatures, that means there is room for different actions another time.

Any talk of plans to bowl by Zoom or similar?
