Colour wise l just went for soft common stuff for selling later , looks good. Heaps more to do yet and then l have to do something with the garage and finish the fences too, the fencing's the biggest job and expense buttt, at least the eves and back porch are done.
lt fires you up a bit doesn't it Geoff when you finally actually finish some part or other and finally see some progress so l'm getting keen now.
No nugs l'm afraid . Although l think my detecting careers gonna be a pretty short one though anyway haha, gets pretty bloody boring pretty fast let me tell ya , my brothers finding the same although he's still got a bit more patience than me so far. We're both new at it but l think my nice new little detector might end up on gumtree for sale pretty soon. We see , l might find some patience yet,
Did you ever spend any time around the gold fields geoff? lt's a real treat being out on them especially with some reading up and understanding of how they all worked and the different minds and everything that went on back then. What amazes me though are all the shafts just left , wide open not even covered with something. We found one 60mtrs deep l mean someone falls down there it's good night for sure. There's a lot of those , pretty amazing l'd say a few people have gone missing over years .
