Hi Nut,
Welcome here 😊
You sound in an anxious space. Glad you've reached out here.
Can you distract yourself for a bit, try to feel yourself in your own body right now.
There is a great thread called "Grounding yourself", if you put that in the search box above, it has some good suggestions for bringing yourself back into yourself when feeling out of control. Could you have a look at some of those suggestions and try one? Or two?
Let us know how you go?
I know you feel unable to pick up the phone right now, so you can keep talking here if it helps.
We're here with you.

Hi there,
it is awful how you are feeling, I have felt that way many times. The best thing that helped me get back into some sort of control was to count while breathing-
count to 3 while breathing in
hold for 3
Count to 3 while breathing out
hold for 3
repeat
this brought my focus to something controllable and slowed my heart rate and my racing thoughts.

Welcome.
Or if you are like me and can't count... Deep breathing, and do it very slowly. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Good air in, bad air out.
If you can, try the guided meditation in an app called virtual hope box.
