I am also tired of having to hide it. Especially with work.
I can't afford to loose my job but I can't say what's really going on.
I am scared and unsure of what to do. I have lost jobs because of my mental health being so up and down.
I have no one to talk about it to.

do you mind if I ask a couple of questions ...
1. are you able to tell me what you are worried about?
2. do you have any tools to help you in these moments of anxiety?
I am concerned for you and listening.

I assume you live with your father?
Are you looking after him?
do you have any brothers or sisters?

Sad to hear that you are suffering from a something caused by your father. 😞
And things will get a little better... just have the find the right pathway. You are also strong to have made it this far and to tell a more of your story. You are also not the same person as you were when you were a child as well - that you became a teacher also says that.
last note... remember your thoughts are just that.... thoughts. They do not define you.

I am sorry I am not quite sure how the living arrangements work but...
I am sad that you do not appear to be getting any support from your brother or sister. I also hope you have been able to eat something this evening.
do you want to tell me what subjects or years you taught?
