HI, welcome
My first step would be to contact them again and retry, reason is, there could be an honest reason for them not attending to your issue. Giving benefit of the doubt is to be flexible to the possibilities.
I'm often intrigued by uni students that find uni too difficult, I left in year 10 to join the Airforce and that for me proved a great move because I received adult pay, travel, friends and an occupation. Wereas my older brother stayed in uni, became a teacher and life was full of stress. Nowadays we have HECS debt so you have to weigh up that situation you're in.
This forum is good to visit and air your issues. We have a vast array of topics if you use search feature and we have Community Champions of various backgrounds of lived experience.
As for anxiety there is a thread below I wrote a long time ago. It could be beneficial.

I hope you have recovered a little.
