Hi
I have not had a bad anxiety attack for a few months now and now for some reason i am having heathy anxiety really bad, i don't know what has brought this on and its scaring me, i am still on all my meds. It's not as bad as the last time as the last time it was so bad i couldn't look after my kids, this time its more I feel like I'm sore all over and I've lost my appetite a bit but i am still eating, i feel nausea, i also feel this impending doom.
I am hoping someone out there can help me through this as i have never had a relapse and not sure how to handle it..

Hey Macka90
I hope your OK mate, and by now have spoken to someone here at BB?
I was meds going along fine and bang out of know where it hit me! Consciously I was fine, as I said on meds feeling ok but just that impending ear, pressure then blood pressure through the roof! I went to GP after talking with a nurse on the phone and he gave me something to calm down after checking my vitals! then it was like starting again going through stuff and it worked out my meds level needed to be doubled and I have been fine for few years now.
Sometimes being sick or a virus can effect you also,
You don't have to deal with this on your own mate get some help!
Take care Aaron

Hi Macka90,
sorry you aren't feeling great. It's always scary when a relapse happens.
I would suggest seeing your GP you may need a short term sedative in the meantime. Medications may need to be tweaked and if you can I would get some counselling.
have you tried listening to some relaxation music or mediation music? I have used Deepak Chopra's meditations quite a bit he can be found on you tube. See if you can do this either first in the morning or just before bed. I learnt controlled breathing but through my recent bout this didn't work for me. Just need to find something you enjoy doing that can take your mind off things until you get it all sorted.
best wishes
