Panic Attack Inquiry

I have been experiencing panic attacks recently. I was wondering if it was normal to lose control in your arms whilst its occurring? I lost control in my right arm and it began to rapidly bang against my chest for around 2 minutes.

I am sorry you’re going these horrible panic attacks…Panic attacks effect everybody differently…I do get them occasionally now…but I’ve never experienced what you have been…that must be very frightening…Have you reached out to your GP and explained to them what is happening?…if not…and if it’s okay I would like to gently urge you to let them know…they could could you some good coping strategies to help you get through the attacks..
